Our web will be regularly updated with all the things going on at our school. It will give you an insight into our inclusive, caring and happy school wherein lies a strong sense of community, a community where the Gospel values are clearly visible and alive.

English Martyrs is a Christian community which helps children to develop spiritually, socially and academically.

In the local community the school has a reputation for achieving high academic results. We are a school in which pupils make good progress; we have high expectations; we strive to enable the children to reach their full potential, within a nurturing supportive environment.

The school has also gained a reputation for its outstanding behaviour among the pupils. We pride ourselves in developing polite, well mannered, good-humoured young people who develop into independent learners and are prepared to make a valuable contribution to society.
